Together We Will Be Okay
With my team at RP-IPRS Student Chapter, we planned a Mental Wellness Campaign. This webinar was the final part of the campaign. We wanted to focus on the mental wellness of students and staff at Republic Polytechnic where we promoted the webinar through social media posts and word of mouth.
The webinar consists of Ms Yvette, a counselor at Republic Polytechnic who shares more about healthy ways to deal with stress and to reach out for help and help out others in need through an interactive and engaging discussion.

As the publicity head of RP-IPRS, I created the social media collaterals and crafted an online personalised care-package for the students that attended the webinar.​

These materials were posted on Republic Polytechnic's Instagram page to promote the webinar.
Post Campaign Care Package
We had a google form where students signed up for the webinar and they also filled a question that asked them to write a letter to themselves.

This was then created into personalised care packages for them. This is a sample of what the students would have received after the webinar to allow them to remember what was shared in the webinar and to emphasize on their importance of mental wellness.
